Making a Payment
Internet banking
Internet banking is the preferred payment option for all activities. Payments made must be clearly identified to ensure that the correct outstanding invoices are credited against the correct student. The reference code used must commence with your student's EQ ID number. (This number is recorded on their Student ID card.) This should be followed by a description of the activity (where possible). For example: EQ ID No – 1234567893Q excursion.

Payments can be made using BPoint
Unfortunately, NO credit card payments can be taken over the phone.
Centrepay
Centrepay
is a free direct bill paying service available to customers who receive a
Centrelink payments. Beenleigh State High School is registered as a
provider to offer this service to the school community. It is the easy
way to ensure your school financial commitments are met. For further
information please contact the payment office, Centrelink, or visit the Centrelink External link website.
Complaints regarding Centrepay can be made in writing to :
accounts@beenleighshs.eq.edu.au.
Please include the Customer’s name and CRN, the student name and nature of the complaint. Any complaints will be investigated by the school and relayed to Centrepay if necessary. Notification of a resolution will be provided in writing to the customer within 20 days of the complaint.
Effective 2026: All Centrepay Agreements can only be for a period of 12 months, and will have an end date of 31st December, or your last payment date in December. Unless you advise otherwise, Agreements for current students will automatically renew when school resumes.

payments are to be made in person at the Payment Window at our Front
Reception Entrance off Savages Parade. Money is only accepted during opening
hours (see above).
