It’s All Right is a website where you can read the diaries of four fictional teenagers touched by mental illness. It also has useful fact sheets and provides an online information and referral service on mental illness including depression and anxiety disorders.
Somazoneis a safe space for young people to ask questions, share stories and get help for relationships, abuse, body image, sexual health, mental health and drug use. It’s free, confidential, anonymous and has accurate information!
Youth Beyond Blue is all about getting across the message that it’s okay to talk about depression, and to encourage young people and their family and friends to get help when it’s needed.
